蒜蓉小棠菜

小貼士:
(1) 慢火爆香蒜蓉, 太猛火好易燶
(2) 轉猛火加入小棠菜快炒 (要放菜時有好嘈吵的啪啪聲), 炒好菜後冚蓋, 馬上熄火, 焗約一分鐘, 菜便夠熟又青綠
